We continue with a high pressure boiling hot water neutralizing rinse, in conjunction with high power extraction that completely removes all soil & leaves your floor sparkling clean & fresh. This would be the best time to have your grout sealed. If left unsealed, spills and everyday messes can easily penetrate the grout. The liquid eventually evaporates but the stain is left behind. If your grout is already properly sealed, it may not be necessary to have it sealed again.
